Club Standards

Athlete Conduct & Eligibility

Membership is contingent upon prompt fee payment, accurate registration details, and compliance with youth athletic organization guidelines. Non-compliance may result in temporary suspension or forfeiture of active club participation.

All registered athletes and parents must adhere to the Solo Elite Track Club code of conduct during training sessions, meets, and official club events. Mutual respect for coaches, officials, teammates, and facilities is enforced.

Refund Policies

Program registration fees, competition entry costs, and uniform charges must be settled in full prior to active participation in scheduled practice sessions and track meets.

Participation in track and field activities carries inherent physical risks. Parents or legal guardians acknowledge these risks and grant emergency medical treatment authorization.

Seasonal registration fees are non-refundable after official practice commences, except in cases of documented medical hardship evaluated by club executive leadership.
